Description
Anti means Gliss'Guard® 2l
Gliss Guard is an anti-slippery, anti-slip agent for all natural and artificial stone floors and floors, including polished ones, for tiles, etc.
- For external and internal work;
- Safe for the appearance of most surfaces, slightly reduces gloss;
- Effective anti-slip agent;
- The product is ready to use, easy to use.
Purpose:
GLISS GUARD® anti-slip agent reduces the risk of falling on mineral surfaces such as stone and artificial tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, terrazzo, granite, etc.
GLISS GUARD® is used to protect against slippery floors in industry, public buildings and private homes:
- at public transport stops,
- in communal institutions,
- in nursing homes,
- in the lobbies,
- anti-slip treatment of street pedestrian areas,
- in gyms, swimming pools,
- in kitchens,
- in saunas, showers and bathrooms
- and wherever slippery floors are found, especially when wet.
Note:
Slippery polished floors may not significantly reduce gloss. If the gloss decreases, GLISS GUARD® can be thinned, maintaining the same duration. If the anti-slip effect is not achieved after the first application, reapply. Therefore, it is recommended that the initial processing be carried out by a specialist.
About impregnation (protective agent):
Gliss'Guard is a water-phase product that is completely safe, no special precautions are required.
Regular anti-slip care is provided by Gliss'Guard in a very
diluted (20% of the product in 80% of water). Care of the surface infinitely prolongs the floor's anti-slip protection.
Anti-slip agents use acids, in particular hydrofluoric acid (hydrogen fluoride). The action of such agents is based on surface damage, namely, on the property of destroying the silica present in mineral materials. When an acid-based anti-slip agent hits the surface, the silica crystals dissolve and cavities remain on the floor surface. The so-called "suction cup effect" is created on the surface (see 2).
The initial change in the appearance of the surface is not the most unpleasant. Over time, the surface loses even more in appearance, as curls and voids in the surface are filled with dirt and dust. Care of such a surface becomes much more difficult over time.
And the main danger is the use of hazardous means at home or in public places.
Gliss'Guard is literally a revolutionary tool. Silica, which is part of the flooring material, enters into a chemical reaction with the active component of the product, as a result of which the surface silica molecules cling to new molecules. Thus, a microthorn (cm 3) is formed at each crystallization center. The surface is not destroyed, but only slightly changed. The appearance of the surface practically does not change, while the best protection of the floor from slipping is obtained, for a long time,
