EUREKA QUARTZ RESIN

EUREKA is the new line of gel products specifically formulated for polishing and maintaining various types of materials.

EUREKA QUARTZ is ideal for polishing artificial stone, quartz-based agglomerates, and resin-based materials such as SILESTONE®, OKITE®, SM QUARTZ®, LIVING®, GULFSTONE® QUARTZ, QUARELLA®, SANTA MARGHERITA®, STONE ITALIANA®, etc. (*). It is ideal for restoring the original shine, reviving or restoring color, and correcting imperfections caused by natural wear and tear. Also ideal for polishing vertical surfaces.

How to use:

APPLICATION ON TABLES, BATHROOM OR KITCHEN COUNTERS, BAR COUNTERS, AND COVERINGS:

Substrate preparation: The surface must be dry and clean. Wash the material, removing dirt and any residue from old waxes and treatments (we recommend using our ULTRA STRIPPER); rinse thoroughly and dry. Apply a small amount of product (10-15 g) to the surface to be treated, moisten with a few drops of water; Place the Eureka Pad on the gel and polish using an orbital sander with adjustable speed at low rpm, between 800 and 1500 rpm (1000 rpm is optimal). Work the surface until the gel is completely dry and glossy. Clean any residue with water and Ultra Stripper alkaline detergent. If necessary, repeat the above process.

We recommend using the Eureka Pad as it is designed with the perfect balance between softness and uniform density, a ratio that enhances EUREKA QUARTZ, allowing it to quickly reach working temperature.

FLOOR APPLICATION: Substrate preparation: The surface must be dry and clean. Wash the floor thoroughly with a single-brush machine and an appropriate pad, removing dirt and any residue from old waxes and treatments (we recommend using our ULTRA STRIPPER). Rinse thoroughly and dry with a wet vacuum cleaner. Apply a small amount (about 30 grams) of EUREKA GRANITE directly to the floor, under the natural fiber pad. Wet slightly, then apply with a single-brush machine (150-400 rpm, minimum 30 kg weight) over approximately 1-2 m2 of floor. Spray or pour water if the gel dries too quickly during application. After applying the product, work the surface until the gel dries, achieving the desired shine. Finally, wash and rinse with water and an alkaline solution (soda, bicarbonate, or our ULTRA STRIPPER detergent) to remove any product residue and neutralize any residual acidity.
