Application area:

 

Two-component adhesive is used for internal work, for gluing in the planes, for the restoration work for the sealing of joints, filling the pores and cavities.

 

Use Method:

 

Prepare the stone before beginning work, remove excess pre, clean, dry.

Mix the base adhesive and hardener in the correct proportions (100g 2-3gram and hardener)

Mix well the resulting mixture.

Work with glue at a temperature range of-400C ot100S

The resulting mixture develop for 10-25 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.

 

 

Recommendations:

 

Use electronic scales when working with glue to withstand the exact proportion.

By adding more hardener - glue loses its physicochemical properties (becomes more brittle).

The polyester adhesive is designed for internal use only.

The more add hardener in the glue (recommended increasing the proportion), the adhesion decreases, the curing process is increased.

With increasing proportions of the hardener more than 3% - properties of the drug is lost, the adhesive becomes more brittle.
