Epoxy mastic BondExpert A+B is an ideal solution for those who are looking for an extremely strong two-component adhesive for structural gluing. This product is specially designed for structural stagnation, which provides high value, both in the middle and above.

BondExpert has the appearance of a tiotropic paste, which allows it to be applied on a vertical surface without running off. This mastic format allows you to easily apply the product using an additional spatula or other suitable tool.

One of the key advantages of BondExpert is its high resistance to atmospheric conditions, including moisture, extreme temperatures and ultraviolet exposure. Color adaptation of mastic is also possible with the help of special epoxy pastes or metal oxides.

BondExpert is suitable for a wide range of materials, such as:

Instructions for drying

1. Surface preparation: Before applying BondExpert, make sure the surface is clean, dry, free of grease, sawdust or other contaminants. When necessary, remove excess sand and sand the surface with an emery paper.

2. Mixing: Mix the two components of the mastic in the correct proportions (1:1) until the mixture is homogeneous.

3. Application: Apply mastic to the surface with a spatula or other tool. When gluing vertical surfaces, the tiotropic consistency escapes the glass.

4. Curing: Pour mastic over the surface to cure before applying mechanical treatment. The curing time may vary depending on the temperature and moisture content of the surrounding medium.

Mind saving:

The mastic must be stored in a cool and dry place (25°C) under direct heat. The storage period for unopened packaging is approximately 12 months.
