Description

Tenax liquido Paglerino ® - polyester two-component adhesive for gluing in planes, puttying, restoration works. Suitable for natural and artificial stone, marble, granite, travertine. It has a liquid consistency, which allows to glue slabs, elements of the product. Exactly lies down, does not stick when working. If necessary, you can tint in a variety of colors with the help of pigments for adhesives.

Application area:
 
Two-component adhesive is used for internal work, for gluing in planes, for restoration work, for filling joints, filling pores and cavities.
 
Method of use:
 
  1. Prepare the stone before the work starts, remove the surplus beforehand, clean it, and dry it.
  2. Mix the adhesive base with the hardener in the correct proportion (100g and 2-3g hardener)
  3. Mix well the resulting mixture.
  4. To work with glue in the temperature range from 100С-400С
  5. Ready mixture to develop for 10-25 minutes depending on the ambient temperature.
  6. If it is necessary to glue the adhesive, use special dyes for Color Base General adhesives
  7. Tint the glue before adding hardener.

 

Recommendations:
 
  • Use electronic scales when working with glue to accurately withstand the proportion.
  • When adding more hardener - the adhesive loses its physico-chemical properties (becomes more fragile).
  • During work, we recommend the use of protective gloves, glasses, special clothing.
  • Polyester glue intended for internal use only.
  • The more the hardener is added to the glue (increasing the recommended proportion), the adhesion decreases, the curing process increases.
  • With an increase in the proportion of hardener more than 3% - the properties of the drug are lost, the glue becomes more brittle.
  • Adhesive should be applied in small layers, as, as with any adhesive, shrinkage up to 2-3%, as a result of adhesion and curing process.
