BLU LINE paglierino JOLLY 1L mastic glue (light beige 1l)

A two-component mastic based on high-boiling acrylic and methacrylic solvents and fast-drying unsaturated polyester resins. Formulated with minimal solvent content, BLUE MAKER WITHOUT STYROL presents no hazards and is free from health risks, while maintaining the same proven performance of ILPA mastic. It is ideal for all bonding applications on marble and granite slabs, exhibiting exceptional adhesion properties on both marble and granite. BLUE MASTIC WITHOUT STYROL is available in both TIXO and LIQUID forms to meet all processing needs.

This two-component adhesive is used for interior applications, for bonding surfaces, restoration work, for filling joints, and for filling pores and cavities.

Instructions for use:

1. Prepare the stone before use, removing any excess, cleaning, and drying it.
2. Mix the adhesive base with the hardener in the required proportions (100g and 2-3g of hardener).
3. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
4. Work with the adhesive at temperatures ranging from 10°C to 40°C.
5. Work the mixture within 10-25 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
6. If tinting the adhesive is necessary, use special dyes for adhesives.
7. Tinting the adhesive should be done before adding the hardener.

Recommendations:

• Use an electronic scale when working with the adhesive to maintain precise proportions.
• Adding more hardener will cause the adhesive to lose its physical and chemical properties (become more brittle).
• We recommend wearing protective gloves, goggles, and protective clothing during work.
• Polyester adhesive is intended for indoor use only. The more hardener you add to the adhesive (increasing the recommended ratio), the less adhesion it provides, and the curing process slows down.
• Increasing the hardener ratio above 3% reduces the adhesive's properties, making the adhesive more brittle.
• The adhesive should be applied in thin layers, as, like any adhesive, it shrinks by up to 2-3% due to adhesion and the curing process.
