Two-component epoxy mastic suitable for bonding, grouting various types of granite, marble and stone, including porcelain, sintered stone, and even very hard and crystalline materials, where polyester-based mastics sometimes have no adhesion. Thanks to its excellent adhesion, it allows grouting and repairing even large defects on valuable objects that would otherwise be thrown away. Weatherproof and very resistant to solvents, alkalis, acids and even sea water. Virtually no shrinkage and allows even large repairs to be made in a single application, without volatile organic compounds. Ideal for vertical bonding. Two-component, thixotropic, solvent-free epoxy adhesive with a cycloaliphatic amine catalyst with low yellowness. Epox2000 is the ideal product for stone processing, bonding and grouting natural stone (marble, granite) as well as conglomerates or building materials (terrazzo, concrete). It is weather resistant and particularly suitable for vertical grouting. The liquid version is suitable for grouting cracks in granite or hard floors before polishing. It can also be used as a filler to seal cracks, defects or holes. It is also ideal for bonding stone to various materials such as glass or plexiglass, or to honeycomb or lightweight panels.

Instructions for use:

1. The parts to be bonded or filled must be clean, perfectly dry and dust-free; if possible, sand them lightly.
2. Mix the two components in a ratio of 2 parts component "A" + 1 part component "B". Use a small amount of product from the can to avoid a rapid reaction and the risk of "mass effect" (very rapid hardening of the entire resin). For a good result, 250 to 350 grams per catalyst are sufficient.
3. The prepared mixture has a pot life (20-30 minutes at 20°C), which will be longer at lower ambient temperatures and shorter at higher temperatures.
4. After 6-7 hours (at 20°C) the bonded parts can be moved and after 14-16 hours (at 20°C) they can be sanded.
5. The mastic hardens completely after 7 days (at 20°C). Do not apply the product at temperatures below 10°C.
