Description
BLITZ EVOLUTION
A two-component epoxy-polyester hybrid adhesive designed to provide exceptional adhesion and mechanical strength. It is highly recommended for bonding and grouting a variety of materials, including marble, granite, stone, ceramics, and engineered stone. Thanks to its unique formula, this product combines the mechanical and chemical resistance of epoxy resin with the fast-drying properties of polyester resin. The result is an adhesive that offers the workability of polyester resin while offering the superior mechanical strength of epoxy resin. It is highly resistant to chemicals, aggressive detergents, alkalis, and solvents, ensuring durability in harsh conditions.
Instructions for use:
- Before applying the product, ALWAYS test it according to the instructions below.
- Ensure the surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, soot, and surface deposits.
- Add 2% of the catalyst from Part B to Part A (100 parts A: 2 parts B) and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Apply the product to the surface with a spatula, distributing it evenly over the substrate to be bonded or filled.
- Let dry.
Note: In cold weather, the amount of Part B can be increased to 3%. The adhesive and surface can be polished after 2 hours. Re-application is recommended for highly porous materials. The product can be tinted with special pigments (approximately 1% of the color). Do not add more than 2% of the pigment to avoid reducing the adhesion strength. The product can be handled at a temperature of 20°C for 3-15 minutes. Store the product in its original packaging. Always test the product first. For more information, see the technical data sheet.
