B-BOND XTREME

A 1:1, two-component, general-purpose epoxy adhesive with high bonding properties for marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramics. Designed with a faster gel time when used in extreme conditions, accelerating the gel time. Highly recommended for bonding mixed materials such as: ceramic-stone, cement-stone and stone composite panels such as honeycomb. Can be used in extreme outdoor conditions and on wet surfaces.

Directions for use:

1. ALWAYS TEST THE PRODUCT FIRST, following the instructions below, before proceeding with a full application of the product. Ensure that the surfaces to be treated are completely clean, free of dirt, dust, soot and surface deposits. Sand the surfaces if possible before use.
2. Take the required quantity of components A and B by weight or volume from their respective containers, respecting the 1:1 ratio. Mix until both components are perfectly homogenized, using only clean tools during the process.
3. Make sure that the base on which the adhesive will be applied is completely free of dust, grease or oily substances. Avoid introducing air into the mixture. If necessary, add any pigment or colorant to component A before mixing with component B.
4. For use on honeycomb panels, sand the surfaces before application, making sure they are perfectly clean and free of dust and oily substances. During application, distribute the product evenly, ensuring complete coverage of the surface. Distribute the mixture using a 2/3 mm notched trowel, carefully covering all the parts to be bonded; in the case of minor cracks, apply the product to completely fill all the gaps.
