ADB 600
Multi-purpose abrasive cream for natural stone, agglomerates, ceramics and porcelain tiles.
ABR 600 is a creamy liquid containing special fillers which, thanks to their micro-abrasive polishing action,
can be used on different types of materials to achieve different results depending on the surface they are applied to.
When used on polished natural stone, ABR 600 effectively replaces the intermediate grain,
for mechanical polishing (diamond pads, grit 400-800).
When used on matt natural stone, ABR 600 replaces the mechanical cleaning technique by removing
scratches and stains, and deep cleans the surface.
When used on ceramic floors, porcelain or textured ceramics, ABR 600 can repair scratches
or abrasions and increase the dirt-repellent properties of the surface without significantly changing its original appearance.
ABR 600 can also be used successfully to soften excessively rough, textured surfaces.
When used on all polished but non-shiny surfaces, ABR 600 can create a so-called
“honed” look: matte polished surface, soft, smooth and completely free from characteristic scratches.

USAGE
This product can be used on both indoor and outdoor surfaces.
This product is suitable for use on marble, granite, travertine, limestone, glazed ceramic surface,
natural porcelain stoneware, polished porcelain stoneware, textured porcelain stoneware,
marble-concrete agglomerate, marble-resinous agglomerate and quartz-resinous agglomerate.

EQUIPMENT
Single disc machine with a capacity of at least 1.5 hp; manual rotating brush.
STAGES OF APPLICATION
Surface preparation
• Thoroughly clean the surface to remove all dust and dirt.
• We recommend applying the product in stages, covering
surface approximately 2m2 at a time.
• Never apply ABR 600 to wet surfaces. ABR 600 can be used lightly
wet surfaces; so make sure the surface to be treated is dry.
Allow surfaces to dry if necessary.
• Apply ABR 600 on surfaces with temperatures between +5 and +40°C.
• Any adjacent surfaces not treated with the product must be protected.
PERFORMANCE OF WORK
Before using the product, it is necessary to pass a preliminary test for
unexposed area or unused piece of material to test product suitability.
• Shake the bottle well before use and pour 2/3 of a spoonful of the product onto
surface to be treated. This amount is enough to treat a surface of about 2 m2.
• Add a small amount of water to the cream. Approximately 1 tablespoon of water is required for each spoonful of product.
• As soon as water is added to the cream, proceed to apply it on the surface using a single-disk machine,
equipped with a white pad and set to 150 to 200 rpm.
Continue working with the single disc machine, making sure to evenly cover the entire surface with the cream. Try to pass
each part of the surface the same number of times.
• The mixture should remain creamy during application, if it becomes too dry, gradually add a little water.
• Continue working on the surface until you achieve the desired result.
• Vacuum or remove residue when desired result is achieved. from the surface and rinse with plenty of clean water.
After carefully removing residues and rinsing the surface with water,
the floor can be opened for use.

• For intensive cleaning of surfaces treated with ABR 600, we recommend
FABER 30 or DETERFUG, depending on the type of dirt and the material to be used.
INSTRUCTIONS AND MANUALS
• Do not allow the product to dry out during application. Often
check the consistency and add water if necessary to bring the product back to its original liquid/creamy state.
• Never apply the product to a damp surface.
• Do not apply product to excessively hot surfaces.
• Do not use the product on polished material unless absolutely necessary.
• Apply the product on surfaces with temperatures between +5 and +40°C.
• When applying to freshly laid or worn surfaces, wait until the adhesive or grout is fully cured.
• Before applying the product to the entire surface, it is advisable to test on a small, unexposed area.
