DOUBLE CUT TECHNOLOGY Klindex's new HERCULES grinder range presents the exclusive DCS transmission. Thanks to this innovative feature, it is possible to block the rotation of the main plate and only allow the rotation of the instruments by simply pressing the planetary gear lever (DCT ON). With DCS in the ON position, you get higher satellite speeds for more aggressive and efficient grinding. The DCS ON system is ideal for removing glue and tar, preparing the surface and leveling the floor. Disabling the DCS lever (DCT OFF) will cause the base plate to rotate in the opposite direction of the tools. In DCS OFF mode, the planetary gear rotates in opposite directions for general polishing, polishing of marble, natural stone and concrete.

DCS ON: only the rotation of the satellites of the tool holder, this option makes HERCULES extremely effective and aggressive for preparing, removing adhesives and resins, for leveling the surface and for quickly acting on concrete aggregate (type of rotation of a diamond tool like cross-cutting machines)

DCS OFF: Allows you to rotate the planet in counter-rotation mode, ideal for grinding and polishing concrete, marble and natural stone floors. (the type of rotation of the diamond tool, the planetary main plate rotates in one direction, and the satellites (diamond tool) in the opposite direction)
